Challenge
The motorbike was in storage in Singapore for a number of years, my client was living in Thailand, and wanted it shipped to New Zealand.

Certainly a different approach was taken by others, who required all my details before being prepared to at least provide an estimate.”

“Having never used such services before, I was certainly naive in the whole process, and needed a lot more hand holding than would be the norm, however the service provided by Taurus was exemplary. From explaining the process, to investigating options in regards to Customs fees and taxes, as well as constant prompt and efficient communications. They even went so far as to provide photos of the bike as it was being packaged etc.”
Result
“What sticks in mind the most however, having now completed the whole process, was what happened after I had settled the bill (which came in as quoted). Having completed the process, I subsequently found out I needed the original shipping documents, to resolve the deregistration process at the point of origin. At this point I just knew I was in for the feared “red tape nightmare”, but I sent Lisa an email anyway, with the faintest of hope, and yet to my surprise, she promptly informed me this would be no problem, and went so far as to have the documents delivered where I needed them to be, on my behalf.
